Online Photos were to be taken in show attire in front of one of the backdrops around the barns.
If you did not get your photo uploaded in time or if it is with more than just the exhibitor selling, or not in front of one of the backdrops, our logo will be published in your lots. We can replace the logo with a photo that meets the requirements if you email it to us at jrfairsales@gmail.com
Exhibitor/sellers check will be available for pick up at the fairgrounds once their entire account has been paid in full or not later than 60 days after buyers have been invoiced.
We will post on our website as to when the checks will be ready.
Exhibitors are required to turn in buyer thank you notes to receive their checks. Thank you notes must be addressed and include postage.

All exhibitor checks are stamped VOID AFTER 90 DAYS. If the Sales Manager must reprint a seller’s check within 90 days of issuance, there will be a $35.00 reissue fee. All checks not cashed after 90 days will become a donation to the Clark County Jr. Fair Livestock Auction.
