Exhibitors | Clark County Jr Livestock Auction

Market (resale) checks for Market Beef, Hogs, Lambs, Goats, Dairy Steers & Feeders and are ready to pick up.

ANY HOGS PUT ON THE PACKER TRUCK AFTER THE OPEN CLASS WILL BE SENT A CHECK DIRECTLY FROM UNITED PRODUCERS.

Premium Checks will not be ready until all the exhibitors’ buyers have paid in full. When these checks are ready, an email will be sent to the email address used to register for the auction, from our office (jrfairsales@gmail.com) letting you know that the check is ready and future pick up dates.

We will continue adding times until the last check has been distributed

Remember thank-you notes are required to be turned in to receive premium sale checks. Thank-you notes must be addressed and include postage.

Sale Office (across from Goat Barn 1)

September 8: 2 - 6 p.m.

September 9: 3 - 7 p.m.

September 21: 3 - 7 p.m.

September 23: 3 - 7 p.m.

All exhibitor checks are stamped VOID AFTER 90 DAYS. If the Sales Manager must reprint a seller’s check within 90 days of issuance, there will be a $35.00 reissue fee. All checks not cashed after 90 days will become a donation to the Clark County Jr. Fair Livestock Auction.
