The Sales Committee has added a new opportunity for local businesses, organizations and individuals to get involved in supporting the Jr. Livestock Sale through the creation of the Clark County Jr. Fair Livestock Buyers Circle.

How it works:

Individuals are invited to donate to the Buyers Circle funds. The pool of funds that are contributed to the Buyers Circle will be used to make add-ons for exhibitors that may have lesser buyer support than others. The goal is to ensure that all youth are rewarded for their hard work and effort while also allowing another opportunity for additional buyers to participate.

To become a member of the 2024 Clark County Jr. Livestock Sale Buyers Circle all you need to do is complete the Buyers Circle Donation Form and submit it along with your tax deductible contribution to the Clark County Jr. Fair Sale Committee. Contributions will be accepted in any amount and are 100% tax deductible.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to support the 4-H and FFA Youth of Clark County and investing in their future.

The Buyers Circle is managed by the Clark County Junior Fair Sales Committee.  If you have any questions, please contact Cathy Hays, Sales Manager at (937) 450-1194 (phone calls only) or jrfairsales@gmail.com
