4-H and FFA market animal exhibitors must register for the Premium Market Sale beginning May 1, 2026. At entry, exhibitors must determine if they will participate in the Live Auction or the Online Add-On Sale and declare a project species. Registration MUST be completed prior to June 15, 2026
Exhibitors that are participating in the online add-on sale will be required to upload their own photo. The photo must be taken during the week of fair in show attire and uploaded by Midnight on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Various locations will be available with backdrops
4-H and FFA exhibitors MUST complete a declaration form stating whether their project is going home or on the packer truck. This form must be completed and turned in at the sales office no later than 5 pm on Saturday, July 25.
NO DECLARATION CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED once the form is turned in. Not fulfilling your declaration will forfeit your auction entry.
Exhibitor/sellers check will be available for pick up at the fairgrounds once their entire account has been paid in full or not later than 60 days after buyers have been invoiced.
We will post on our website as to when the checks will be ready.
Exhibitors are required to turn in buyer thank you notes to receive their checks. Thank you notes must be addressed and include postage.
All exhibitor checks are stamped VOID AFTER 90 DAYS. If the Sales Manager must reprint a seller’s check within 90 days of issuance, there will be a $35.00 reissue fee. All checks not cashed after 90 days will become a donation to the Clark County Jr. Fair Livestock Auction.
