Exhibitors | Clark County Jr Livestock Auction

4-H and FFA exhibitors must register for the Clark County Jr. Fair Auctions by July 1. At entry, exhibitor must determine live auction or online sale.

A 4-H and FFA exhibitor photo shoot will be held on June 16 and 17 from 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. and July 8 from 2:30 pm.- 6:30 p.m. in the Annex. Every exhibitor that plans to participate in the Jr. Fair Online Add-Ons must have a photo taken by the Sales Committee on these dates. There will be NO other opportunity for photos. Each exhibitor must come in SHOWMANSHIP ATTIRE!

2025 Sale Rules

All exhibitor checks are stamped VOID AFTER 90 DAYS. If the Sales Manager must reprint a seller’s check within 90 days of issuance, there will be a $35.00 reissue fee. All checks not cashed after 90 days will become a donation to the Clark County Jr. Fair Livestock Auction.
