Resale checks are ready to be picked up. These checks are for any of the following animals that went on the packer trucks:

Dairy Steer, Dairy Feeder, Market Beef, Market Lamb, Market Goat, Market Hog

Parents can pick up checks without the exhibitor being present, we are just requiring a signature of receipt for each check.

Monday 8/25: 6pm - 9pm

Tuesday 8/26: 3:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Wednesday 8/27: 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Tuesday 9/2: - 6pm - 9pm

Wednesday 9/3: - 6pm - 9pm

Auction Checks (Online, Live, Art & Baker) will be released once all the exhibitors' buyers on their account have paid. We will notify the exhibitors on an individual basis when those checks are ready.

2025 Sale Rules

Farm Credit Youth Livestock Resources

All exhibitor checks are stamped VOID AFTER 90 DAYS. If the Sales Manager must reprint a seller’s check within 90 days of issuance, there will be a $35.00 reissue fee. All checks not cashed after 90 days will become a donation to the Clark County Jr. Fair Livestock Auction.
