Due to the increasing amount of lost mail, mail theft, check washing, etc., we are requiring a signature for receipt of sale checks.

Once an exhibitors check is ready to be released, we will contact them by email to the email address that was used to register for the sale.  If you still need to pick up your resale check (large animals that were placed on a producer's truck) we will be on the fairgrounds the following times:

9/8: 4:30 - 8:30 pm at the Sale Office

9/9: 4:30 - 8:30 pm at the Sale Office

9/10: 3:00 - 7:00 pm at the Sale Office

9/15: 4:30 - 8:30 pm at the Fair Office

9/16: 4:30 - 8:30 pm at the Fair Office

9/23: 4:30 - 8:30 pm at the Fair Office

9/24: 4:30 - 8:30 pm at the Fair Office
