All checks have been released and are ready for pick up. Emails have been sent to the email address that was used to register the exhibitor for the sale.

Remember thank-you notes are required to be turned in to receive premium sale checks. Thank-you notes must be addressed and include postage.

October 28: 3 - 7 p.m.

As of now, these will be the last days to pick up your checks.

All exhibitor checks are stamped VOID AFTER 90 DAYS. If the Sales Manager must reprint a seller’s check within 90 days of issuance, there will be a $35.00 reissue fee. All checks not cashed after 90 days will become a donation to the Clark County Jr. Fair Livestock Auction.
