MARKET RESALE CHECKS (IF YOU PUT AN ANIMAL ON THE PACKER TRUCK)

ARE READY FOR PICKUP

At the Fair Office on Saturday, August 22 from 10 am -2 pm

Additional August Pick Up Hours

Sales Office (located across from Goat Barn 1)

August 24: 4 pm - 8 pm

August 25: 1 pm - 6 pm

August 26: 3 pm - 7 pm

August 29: 10 am - 2 p.m.

Exhibitors will receive an email once their premium check is ready to be picked up. Remember thank-you notes are required to be turned in to receive premium sale checks. Thank you notes must be addressed and include postage.

Exhibitor/sellers check will be available for pick up at the fairgrounds once their entire account has been paid in full or not later than 60 days after buyers have been invoiced.

We will post on our website as to when the checks will be ready.

Exhibitors are required to turn in buyer thank you notes to receive their checks. Thank you notes must be addressed and include postage.

All exhibitor checks are stamped VOID AFTER 90 DAYS. If the Sales Manager must reprint a seller’s check within 90 days of issuance, there will be a $35.00 reissue fee. All checks not cashed after 90 days will become a donation to the Clark County Jr. Fair Livestock Auction.
